  • Provide high-level executive support, including complex diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense management, and preparation of briefing materials.
  • Organise internal and external meetings, seminars, lunches, and corporate events.
  • Coordinate logistics for senior international stakeholders visiting Brussels.
  • Manage office operations, facilities, suppliers, service providers, and administrative processes.
  • Support financial administration, including invoice processing and document management.
  • Assist with research, monitoring, and preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Oversee visitor management and ensure compliance with office security procedures.




  • Significant experience as an Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, or Office Manager within an international environment ; experience in an EU organisation is a big plus.
  • Fluent English and French, both written and spoken. Additional European languages (German, Spanish, or Italian) are a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and highly discreet, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to manage priorities, anticipate needs, and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
