Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the general ledger accounting of one or more entities, including:Accounting & Reporting

  • Postings monthly journals (payroll, accrals, prepayments, depreciation - USGAAP)
  • Performing balance sheet reconciliations
  • Conducting analytical reviews of financial results per branch
  • supporting the monthly reporting process



Tax & Compliance

  • Preparing (and in some entities filing) VAT & tax declarations
  • Supporting tax audits & controls



Year-end & Audit

  • Assisting with year-end closings
  • Preparing locaal GAAP statutory files & financial statements
  • Supporting external audits



Stakeholder interaction

  • Maintaining contact wiht international branches, auditors & tax advisors.



Projects

  • Contributing to ad hoc projects & improvements within the accounting team.




A successful Senior Accountant should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting and general accounting practices. Minimum 2 years and preferably A-Z experience
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Eager to learn, proactive & motivated
