From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for a Assistant Visual Manager in Antwerpen for one of our clients, a Premium Women's Fashion Brand.
In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.
As an Assistant Visual Manager, you will be working in the following duties:
Key Responsibilities
- Create an inspiring in-store visual experience that reflects the brand identity.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Execute visual merchandising, product placement, and styling according to brand standards.
- Support daily store operations, stock flow, and commercial performance.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and team development.
- Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, and inclusive store culture.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in visual merchandising with leadership responsibilities.
- Passion for premium fashion, styling, and creating engaging customer experiences.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Eager to learn, grow, and develop within an international fashion brand.
