Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring reliable infrastructure and support services.
Manage and maintain server environments, network infrastructure, VPN connectivity, and security solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users and business-critical systems.
Support enterprise applications, user access management, and system integrations.
Implement and monitor backup, recovery, and cybersecurity processes.
Maintain IT asset inventories, software licensing records, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance and support activities.
Support internal audits, compliance requirements, and IT governance initiatives.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance system performance, security, and operational efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
5-7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, networking, or IT operations.
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server administration.
Experience supporting network environments including LAN, WAN, VPN, and security technologies.
Familiarity with ERP systems, databases, and cloud platforms is an advantage.
Good understanding of IT service management, security, and compliance practices.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills in Thai and English.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
