Location: Mortsel, Belgium (hybrid)
Reporting to: Commercial Manager Americas & EMEA


Are you an ambitious commercial talent with an interest in technical products and international business? At Agfa Film & Chemicals, we serve customers across the electronics, industrial, and printing sectors with a diverse portfolio of specialty materials, including conductive polymers, PCB films and inks, PET films, specialty chemicals, and synthetic paper solutions.
As a Junior Sales Manager, you will help grow our business by identifying new opportunities, supporting existing customers, and working closely with distributors and cross-functional teams.

Your Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities. Manage sales opportunities from lead to order. Grow relationships with distributors, customers and end-users. Maintain CRM data and ensure timely follow-up. Translate customer needs into commercial solutions. Work closely with Supply Chain, Product Management, Marketing, Production and R&D. Monitor market trends and competitive activity.


Your Profile

Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar. 0-3 years of commercial experience; talented graduates are welcome. Interest in technical products and industrial markets. Commercially driven, proactive, and eager to learn. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Organized and comfortable with sales administration. Able to work independently and take ownership. Fluent in English; Dutch, French and/or German is a plus. Willing to travel up to 20-30%.
