  • Coordinate technical maintenance, including tendering, planning, and execution
  • Manage service providers (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Prepare and evaluate supplier offers, contracts, and performance
  • Monitor works execution to ensure quality and adherence to standards
  • Respond proactively to technical issues and operational incidents
  • Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs and budgets
  • Review and validate invoices from contractors and suppliers
  • Optimize space utilization and coordinate internal relocations
  • Organize facility services using dedicated FM tools and systems




  • Background in engineering, facilities management, or technical operations
  • Prior experience in building management or real estate services
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
  • Autonomous, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
  • Resilience under pressure and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of CAD tools is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and French for professional interactions
