We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Business to support a strategic HR transformation program linked to Talent Strategy . The role requires strong governance capabilities, stakeholder management, and experience in complex business projects within HR environments.
Ensure full project governance and structureLead and coordinate project boardsManage project monitoring, reporting, and KPIsIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks and issuesOversee budget managementDrive performance tracking and optimizationImplement process improvementsEnsure proper documentation and change control follow-upYou have the following skills
Mandatory:
years of experience as Project ManagerStrong background in business/HR projectsFluency in Dutch, French, and English (written & spoken)Proven experience in:Governance & stakeholder managementRisk & budget managementReporting & performance trackingPreferred:
Experience in Human ResourcesExposure to:Learning & DevelopmentRecruitmentSoft Skills:
Strategic mindset (helicopter view)Strong communication & diplomacyCustomer-oriented & commercial awarenessProactive and solution-drivenTeam player with leadership capabilitiesStructured and goal-orientedVotre profil
You have at least 10 years of professional experiences in ITIf you are at least fluent in FR/ENG or NL/ENG it’s bestYou’re eager to learn, motivated and curiousLet’s have a chatAdvantages
