The role
As a Parts & Warranty Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Zeekr’s growing aftersales network in Belgium by acting as the primary contact for authorised dealers on warranty administration and parts operations. You will work closely with the Aftersales Expert to ensure efficient dealer support, operational excellence, and a premium customer experience aligned with Zeekr standards.
Combining technical expertise, process management, and relationship building, you will help strengthen the performance of our dealer network while contributing to the development of scalable aftersales operations as Zeekr continues to grow across Europe.
This is what you will do:
You will work closely with the Head of Aftersales Belgium (to whom you will report) on the following topics:
Warranty Operations
Review, assess, and process warranty claims submitted by authorised dealers.
Validate warranty requests in line with Zeekr policies, procedures, and technical guidelines.
Ensure claims are accurate, complete, and properly documented before approval.
Support dealers with warranty-related questions and claim submissions.
Monitor warranty performance and identify recurring issues or training opportunities.
Escalate complex warranty cases to Zeekr Europe where required.
Support warranty audits and compliance activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement of warranty processes and dealer claim quality.
Parts Support
Act as first-line support for dealer enquiries regarding parts availability, ordering processes, and parts-related concerns.
Support dealers in resolving issues related to parts supply, backorders, and deliveries.
Coordinate with European parts operations and logistics partners when necessary.
Monitor recurring parts issues and contribute to process improvements.
Support parts returns, claims, and special order requests.
Track and report on parts-related KPIs and dealer feedback.
Dealer Support & Network Development
Build strong working relationships with authorised dealers across Belgium.
Conduct dealer visits together with the Aftersales Expert to provide training and guidance on warranty procedures, parts processes, and aftersales standards.
Support the onboarding of new dealer partners.
Help explain and implement new aftersales policies, programmes, and process updates.
Promote best practices and ensure consistent application of Zeekr aftersales standards throughout the network.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Aftersales Expert, Customer Care, Sales, Logistics, and Zeekr Europe teams.
Support root-cause investigations by providing warranty and parts-related insights.
Contribute to the development of scalable aftersales processes as the Belgian organisation continues to grow.
Help deliver a professional and consistent dealer experience aligned with Zeekr’s premium positioning.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
Technical education or professional background in automotive technology, vehicle diagnostics, or aftersales operations.
Previous experience in an automotive aftersales environment, ideally as a Service Advisor, Warranty Administrator, Diagnostic Technician, Master Technician, or similar role.
Experience within the automotive industry in warranty, technical support, service operations, or parts management.
Hands-on experience in vehicle diagnostics, technical repair processes, or warranty assessment is a strong advantage.
Ability to assess and interpret technical repair information and warranty documentation.
Experience in an administrative or operational support role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, hands-on mindset with a willingness to take ownership.
Experience working with DMS, ERP, warranty, or aftersales systems.
