You will work closely with the HR Manager on a day-to-day basis and will be responsible for the full range of operational HR activities, including both Soft HR and Hard HR responsibilities:
Soft HR
- Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Performance management and employee development
- Training coordination
- Employee relations and engagement initiatives
- HR support and guidance to employees and managers
Hard HR
- Payroll coordination and administration
- Management of employee contracts and HR documentation
- Time and attendance follow-up
- Benefits administration
- Ensuring compliance with labour law and internal HR policies
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll administration or in a HR Generalist role.
- Good knowledge of Belgian labour and social legislation.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken and Good working knowledge of French and Dutch.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Interest in new HR systems and technologies.
- Strong service-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to support employees throughout their career journey.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Flexible, with the ability to manage changing priorities effectively.
