We are looking for a Senior Analytics Implementation Manager to be based in Singapore, Cyberjaya, Malaysia, Belgium or Bonn, Germany.

Role Purpose
Responsible for defining, setting and enforcing the measurement standard across the Digital Customer Solutions product portfolio, ensuring that every customer interaction is captured accurately, consistently and to a common standard as products are built and changed.
This role owns how data is captured — the design of the data layer, the definition of new events and attributes, the configuration of the analytics stack, and the tracking standards that all product teams build against. It requires end-to-end technical understanding of how a customer interaction travels from the browser or application through the delivery, consent and tag layers into the data platform, and where measurement can be lost along that path.

The role directs the technical implementation delivered by ITS engineers and external partners, reviews delivery against the defined standard, and applies AI-assisted methods to raise the productivity and coverage of analytics delivery.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

• Define the measurement design for digital products — determine which customer steps must be measured and what data each step must emit, across web, native application and server-side channels.
• Own the data layer specification: rule on how new events and attributes are captured where they do not already exist within the established data layer object and define how they must be built.
• Set, publish and enforce the instrumentation standards that every product team is required to build against, ensuring consistency across all tenants of the platform.
• Own the technical configuration and governance of the analytics stack — Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch and Adobe Target — including report suites, variable taxonomy, rules and release management.
• Assess and introduce additional measurement capability where the current stack does not serve the need, including event-based and product analytics platforms and experience analytics tooling.
• Ensure instrumentation operates correctly across the full delivery chain — edge and CDN, consent management, tag and personalization layers, and application code — and diagnose where data is lost.
• Direct the technical implementation delivered by ITS implementation engineers and external analytics contractors; review delivered work against the defined standard and hold delivery to it.
• Accountable for whether measurement is correct, complete and consistent across the portfolio, including validation that instrumentation fires as specified before and after each product release.
• Specify what must be captured upstream to satisfy downstream reporting and analysis, working with data engineering on event collection and pipelines into the enterprise data platform.
• Scope and size analytics activation for new products, modules and capabilities entering the portfolio, and translate that scope into resourcing and cost requirements for funding submissions.
• Govern customer-facing data exposure in partnership with data govern
