Ghent, BelgiumLanguage(s) RequirementsFluent Flemish/ Dutch, English and other European language as an advantageMission StatementWe’re looking for a Transport Coordinator to strengthen our logistics operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and accurate transport planning. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and optimizing processes, this role is for you. What You’ll DoManage TMS master data to ensure accuracy and complianceBook and optimize transport to improve service levels and reduce costsCoordinate with warehouses, customer service, transporters, and customersMonitor transporter performance and follow up on KPIsValidate monthly order rates and resolve discrepanciesHandle self‑billing to ensure accurate settlementsCollaborate with Accounts Payable on invoice and payment issuesDrive continuous improvement in transport processesProvide back‑up support to Customer Service Coordinators during absences or peak periods What You BringExperience in transport, logistics, or supply chainKnowledge of transport systems and bookingStrong communication and stakeholder skillsAnalytical, problem-solving mindset and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics toolsAbility to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environmentFluency in Dutch and English; other European languages are a plusFamiliarity with ERP systems (SAP) and freight cost structures Why Join Us?A role with real impact on daily operationsCross‑functional collaboration with logistics, customer service, and financeOpportunities to improve processes and shape transport efficiencyA supportive team and room to grow
