Field Marketeer, B2B Software | Oostkamp (Near Bruges), Belgium (Hybrid)
Looking for your next step in marketing, with a team that will help you grow quickly?
This role is a first step into a marketing career at an international software company, with clear room to develop.
You'll join a supportive marketing team in a company known for its open, informal culture, and you'll work with colleagues and customers in more than 14 countries.
About the company
Our client is a growing software company with more than 30 years of experience. It builds management software that print and packaging manufacturers depend on to run their operations.
It has around 100 people, is growing every year, and has customers across Europe, the US, Australia and beyond. The business is investing heavily in cloud technology and AI, and has made a number of recent acquisitions.
The culture is a big part of why people join and stay. The company runs on a "one team" mindset, with open communication, plenty of collaboration and colleagues who support each other. People from many nationalities work side by side, and different perspectives are welcomed.
The opportunity
As Field Marketeer, you'll be the person who makes the company's trade shows, customer events and partner activities happen. To start with, the role is mostly about events.
The team also wants someone with ambition beyond that. As you build experience, there will be lots of chances to move into other areas of marketing and develop quickly, with a manager and team who will back you.
What you'll do
Plan and run events from start to finish, including venues, registrations, suppliers, catering, travel and on-site coordination.
Manage trade show logistics, from booth design and build to shipments, sales materials and team briefings.
Work closely with sales, marketing, management and IT so every event supports the commercial goals.
Help sales get the most from each event by driving attendance, capturing qualified leads and supporting follow-up.
Keep the brand and messaging consistent across events and customer-facing materials.
Track how each event performed, including attendance, engagement, leads and feedback.
Travel 2 to 4 times a year to support key international events and trade shows.
What you'll bring
Your first experience in marketing (around 1 to 3 years), ideally in a B2B setting.
An international background and a multicultural mindset.
A positive attitude, a strong drive to learn and a get-things-done approach.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle several activities and deadlines.
Good attention to detail and the confidence to work with colleagues, partners and suppliers.
Fluent English, written and spoken. Other languages are a plus.
What's on offer
€2,700 to €2,900 gross per month plus benefits.
Real career development and the chance to grow quickly in a growing marketing team.
An open, people-focused culture with continuous learning.
International exposure, working with colleagues and customers worldwide.
Hybrid working from a modern office near Bruges.
