- Support the internal prevention service and contribute to the implementation of site HSE initiatives.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, site safety walks, and workplace observations to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and procedures.
- Prepare inspection, observation, intervention, and audit reports, ensuring proper follow-up of findings and actions.
- Identify safety risks, support risk assessments and Task Risk Analyses (TRAs), and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
- Monitor compliance with permit-to-work systems, LOTO procedures, contractor safety requirements, and other critical safety processes while supporting incident investigations and providing SHE advice to employees, managers, and contractors.

- Mandatory Prevention Advisor Level II (Belgium) certification and valid VCA VOL certification.
- Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in an industrial environment, including at least 3 years within the chemical or petrochemical sector.
- Proven experience working in a SEVESO-regulated environment and strong knowledge of Belgian health, safety, and welfare legislation.
- Hands-on experience with risk assessments, safety audits, incident investigations, permit-to-work systems, LOTO, confined space entry, working at height, and contractor management.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is considered a strong asset.
