What will you be doing?
As a (Senior) Consultant within Managed Services, you act as the financial expert for your customers.
You combine deep process knowledge with system expertise to ensure financial operations run smoothly especially during critical periods such as month-end closing and statutory reporting.
You will:
Act as a
trusted advisor to your customers
Take ownership of one or multiple customer environment Analyse and resolve financial process challenges Perform root cause analysis on incidents Proactively identify and design
optimization opportunities Coordinate with technical colleagues on integrations, change requests and updates Provide functional guidance and targeted training
Coach medior/junior consultants within the service team
