What will you be doing?

End-to-end ownership: You drive SAP SuccessFactors implementations from the first discovery conversation all the way to go-live and beyond, taking full responsibility for planning, budget and resources along the way. Trusted advisor: You translate complex HR challenges into smart, workable digital solutions, guiding your clients towards best-practice processes rather than just ticking boxes. Team leadership: You coach and support fellow consultants on your project, sharing what you know and keeping everyone aligned on scope, timing and next steps. Bridge builder: You switch effortlessly between HR stakeholders and your technical team, making sure business needs and technical solutions actually meet in the middle. Continuous improvement: You stay on top of the latest SuccessFactors innovations, bring fresh ideas to every project, and put delaware’s project management framework into practice.
