As our Learning & Development Officer, you will take ownership of the L&D agenda for these service lines and become the central point of contact for all learning-related initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and organize training days from A to Z, including logistics, planning, room bookings and communication with participants and trainers. Manage learning academies, milestone programs and ad hoc learning initiatives that support employee development throughout their career. Monitor training registrations, attendance and absences, ensuring an excellent learning experience for all participants. Act as the first point of contact for learning-related questions, requests and system issues from employees and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with local and global Learning teams and ensure the successful implementation of global, regional and service line learning initiatives. Leverage reporting and data insights to monitor participation, learning impact, development trends and compliance requirements. Manage learning budget and monitor training expenses to support effective and efficient learning investments. Act as the administrator of the LMS (SuccessFactors), ensuring accurate records and smooth system operations. Coordinate the L&D part in our new joiners onboarding program to provide a consistent and engaging onboarding experience for new employees.

Your Profile

A bachelor's or master's degree. Approximately 2 to 4 years of experience within Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR Development or a related HR role. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. A hands-on attitude and willingness to combine strategic ownership with operational execution. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with learning management systems; experience with SuccessFactors is considered a strong asset. Knowledge of Power BI or a strong interest in data and digitalization within HR. Fluent communication skills.
