Job description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Go-to-Market & Change Manager to lead business readiness and change management for a major SaaS platform implementation within the financial services sector.
The ideal candidate combines strong IT transformation and change management expertise with a solid understanding of SaaS implementations, business processes and user adoption. This role focuses on ensuring a successful transition from the legacy environment to the new platform.

The mission

Lead the change and business readiness strategy from preparation through go-live and post-launch stabilization.

Coordinate internal teams, senior stakeholders, IT teams and external partners.

Assess business impacts, identify risks and manage operational readiness.

Oversee UAT, user training and business validation.

Support data migration, integrations, release planning and go-live activities.

Drive communication, user adoption and continuous improvement.

Monitor readiness and adoption indicators to ensure a smooth transition.
Requirements

8+ years of experience in IT transformation, change management or business readiness.

Proven experience with SaaS or major IT platform implementations.

Good understanding of UAT, data migration, integrations and go-live processes.

Experience coordinating multiple stakeholder groups, including external partners.

Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in financial services is a strong asset.

Hands-on mindset, able to combine strategic oversight with operational execution.

Fluent in Dutch, French and English, both written and spoken.
