As a successful Medical Devices - Pricing Strategy & Tender Management Specialist - UK & Ireland, your responsibilities are:
- Lead end-to-end tender management processes across the UK & Ireland markets
- Manage Tenders submission with local Authorities from UK & Ireland (NHS & HSE)
- Develop and recommend commercial pricing strategies based on market analysis & pricing benchmark
- Perform profitability and financial analyses to support Tender, Contracts and Bids
- Partner with Sales teams to support pricing and tender decisions
- Manage pricing agreements, contracts, and rebate programs for the UK region and Ireland
- Coordinate tender submissions while ensuring compliance and deadlines
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within pricing processes
- Collaborate with EMEA and US stakeholders on strategic projects
As a successful Medical Devices - Pricing Strategy & Tender Management Specialist - UK & Ireland, you should have:
- 5+ years of experience in Pricing and/or Tender Management
- Background within Healthcare, MedTech, Medical Devices, or Pharma
- Experience managing complex tenders and commercial contracts
- Experiences with UK authorities (NHS & HSE) is highly preferred
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities
- Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is highly desirable
- Fluent English communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination abilities
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
