FASHION ADVISOR – BOUTIQUE KNOKKE

fixed term contract March/December 2027

In the position of Fashion Advisor, you will maximize all sales opportunities whilst maintaining the CHANEL standards in all areas. You will create strong client relationships and brand loyalty by ensuring excellent client service, product knowledge and care, personal presentation, and teamwork at all times. You have great styling ability, an entrepreneurial spirit, and are a brand ambassador of the highest order.

What impact you can create at CHANEL:

acquire and apply high standards of product knowledge (RTW) and selling skills to maximize all sales opportunitieslead the development of new customers, converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors by creating energy, excitement and desire around the product and brandcreate a luxurious experience for all clients through providing clients with prompt, professional, warm, and courteous serviceestablish and maintain strong client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreachoffer relevant after sales care, including the appropriate information regarding events and new collectionssuccessfully participate in and complete any training provided, acquiring, and applying high standards of selling skills and product knowledge

Position Requirements:

Successful shop floor experience of at least 3 years in luxury environment/FashionRTW experience will be considered a strong assetPassion for client experience, fashion and luxuryYou are a self-driven, positive, and independent personYou are trustworthy with a high degree of integrity and ethicsFluent in Dutch and EnglishLiving in or around Knokke and full-time available from March to December 2027
