  • Implement, maintain, and administer the organization's network infrastructure, including network hardware, servers, PCs, printers, peripherals, and foundational software.
  • Support the helpdesk on complex technical issues and provide advanced assistance to end users.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct tuning activities, and ensure the stability and reliability of all network and server environments.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation to guarantee operational continuity.
  • Collaborate with software development teams and intervene on existing applications when needed.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, sharing best practices and helping them develop technical skills.
  • Analyze technical needs and contribute to the design, documentation, and implementation of new technical solutions.
  • Ensure the security, resilience, and scalability of the IT infrastructure across all sites.
  • Stay up to date with relevant technologies and propose improvements to enhance the IT landscape.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a similar role with demonstrated progression.
  • Valid driving license (Category B).
  • You have a good command of technical English and a passive knowledge of Dutch (you can understand Dutch-speaking participants during meetings and work based on documentation written in Dutch).



Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in managing a Windows 11 desktop fleet and related peripherals.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2019/2022.
  • Good overall knowledge of Linux.
  • Strong understanding of LAN/WAN configuration.
  • Knowledge of relational databases.



Assets (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with Aruba switches.
  • Knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise 9, JBoss, Docker.
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server.
  • Experience with VMware ESX virtualization.
  • Basic software development knowledge.
  • Experience creating MSI packages and scripting in PHP.
  • Knowledge of Office 365 administration.
