During this internship, you will become part of our vibrant Food & Beverage team and gain first-hand experience in the daily operations of a high-end hotel. You’ll discover what it takes to deliver an outstanding guest experience — from welcoming guests with genuine warmth to ensuring impeccable service throughout their stay.
Our Hotel Internship Program allows you to truly experience the industry from the ground up. By immersing yourself in Marriott’s culture and operations, you’ll develop valuable skills that will prepare you for future opportunities in hospitality.
What will you do?
- Welcome and seat guests, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
- Take and process food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve dishes and drinks in accordance with Marriott standards
- Assist in setting up, maintaining, and clearing tables before and after service
- Support the team in mise-en-place, including preparing service stations and restocking supplies
- Ensure cleanliness, order, and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Contribute to special events, banquets, or group reservations when needed
What do you bring?
- You are currently studying Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related field.
- You are passionate about service and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences.
- You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy working in a dynamic team.
- You speak English at a work proficiency level (other languages are a plus).
- You are enthusiastic about the hospitality industry and eager to learn.
