Assist in the period-end closing process, ensuring integrity and accuracy of financial statements.
Partner with other departments to align financial control activities with strategic objectives.
Assist the team members and provide qualitative financial support.
Assist the team in improving financial end to end processes.
Assist in periodic forecasting, balance sheet reviews, account reconciliations, balance sheet reviews, financial reporting and ad hoc tasks necessary.
Deliver statutory reporting in compliance with IFRS and Country GAAP, facilitating external audits.
Identify and implement opportunities for automation (including AI) and improvement.

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in accounting or financial controlling.
Expertise in data analytics tools such as PowerBI; familiarity with Robotics, Machine Learning, and AI.
Thorough understanding of IFRS and Country GAAP compliance.
ERP literacy, preferably SAP or another major ERP system.
Strong communication and change agent mentality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.

Interesting assignment until end of the year.
