About you

Essential talents and qualifications:

A degree in educational sciences, pedagogy, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related role where you collaborated with multiple parties and alignment was key. Strong understanding of instructional design principles, learning theories, and adult learning principles. Experience with using AI for learning creation, e.g. prompting agents and/or working with multi-agent systems Creative thinking and problem solving-abilities. Strong project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English (both written and spoken). A strong affinity for IT as most of the trainings we offer are quite technical. The ability to acquire technical and supply chain knowledge quickly. A team player who is also able to work accurately and autonomously.

Bonus points if you have:

Experience with e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline & Rise) and learning management systems. Expert level knowledge of PowerPoint.
