We are supporting NATO in sourcing experienced professionals for mission-critical roles across the Alliance. This is a contract (B2B) engagement delivered on-site, working alongside NATO teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within an integrated NIC + contractor team in a G14-equivalent Chief Technician role
- Provide Level-2 and Service-Management support for Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests and Tasks, traceable through NCIA ITSM and Azure DevOps
- Respond, document, categorise and resolve assigned tickets in line with internal processes
- Install, maintain, monitor and support the JSSC services (NAMIS, CoreGIS, REACT, Intel-FS, ANB, Release Server, HMART, CSD IPL/IWS, ICMT, AOSS, NABI and more)
- Participate in daily reporting and planning (daily meetings), workshops, events and conferences as directed by the Service Delivery Manager(s)
- Take part in on-call support as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Solid Level-2 technical support and IT service-management experience
- Familiarity with ITSM / ticketing workflows (NCIA ITSM, Azure DevOps or equivalent)
- Exposure to JISR / intelligence-support systems is a strong advantage
- Flexible, reliable and comfortable with on-call and on-site working
