Penetration testers find the problems. Someone has to keep the whole team running.
A cyber security assessment team at a multinational defence organisation in Mons needs an organised, detail-minded coordinator who sits next to the technical people, keeps the branch head's diary under control and makes sure every report leaves the team looking as professional as the work inside it.
What you would be doing
- Managing the branch head's calendar, setting up branch meetings, writing up minutes and chasing the actions that come out of them
- Organising official travel, onboarding and offboarding, and the training requests of the team
- Keeping the decision, action and milestone trackers current - kick-offs, reviews, deliverables, final reports
- Raising and following up purchase requests, and reconciling how the team's time is allocated
- Proofreading and formatting assessment reports so they are clean and consistent (the technical findings themselves stay with the testers)
- Being the first point of contact for queries from other branches, and keeping records tidy in Power BI, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow and Excel
What you would bring
- Professional experience in administration, business support, office management or information management
- Strong document skills: advanced Word (styles, templates, track changes), good Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
- Enough feel for cyber security language to work comfortably with testers and their reports - familiarity with penetration testing and vulnerability assessment terms is a real plus
- Experience with SharePoint or similar document management and with ticketing tools
- A careful approach to sensitive information, sharp proofreading and the ability to juggle many deadlines at once
- Excellent written and spoken English at a professional level
Why this one is worth a look
It is a central coordination seat inside a specialist cyber team, the kind of role where a good organiser is noticed quickly, and it runs from a standing framework rather than a one-off project.
