Analyze electrical energy consumption and identify optimization opportunities across the site.
Conduct electrical studies and calculations (load flow, short-circuit, selectivity) and develop electrical schematics using EPLAN in compliance with applicable standards.
Identify, develop, and implement energy-saving projects related to electrical distribution, lighting, motors, drives, and network infrastructure.
Coordinate electrical network improvement projects, ensuring proper documentation, safety compliance, and stakeholder alignment.
Manage electrical documentation, inspection plans, and emergency power systems while reporting progress and recommendations to management.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Energy Engineering, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in energy management or electrical engineering within an industrial environment.
Strong analytical mindset with a genuine interest in sustainability and energy optimization.
Solid knowledge of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems, energy regulations, and industrial compliance requirements.
Autonomous, proactive, solution-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Fluent in Dutch and English
