As a Planning and Procurement Specialist your responsibilities are:

  • Manage purchase orders and maintain accurate planning, purchasing, and ERP data.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on orders, deliveries, documentation, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support inbound logistics and delivery tracking.
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and support KPI monitoring and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with planning, warehouse, logistics, customer service, and finance teams to support daily supply chain operations and follow up on action items.

A successful Planning and Procurement Specialist should have:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, logistics, purchasing, or supply chain support role.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards, or similar) and good command of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and administrative organization.
  • Effective communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate across teams.
  • Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
