How you pedal us forward

• Work in the store and deliver outstanding Swapfiets service to members;

• You’re the first point of contact for (potential) members, helping them set up a new subscription or providing support with any issues they might have

• You keep the shop clean, tidy and organized

• Drive upselling value by offering additional products desired by our members

• You will perform smaller bike repairs on site at the shop, so our members can happily keep biking

The gear you need

• Available to work a minimum of 9 hours per week on weekdays, with occasional availability on Saturdays;

• Understand and speak English and Dutch;

• Affinity with bikes and service;

• Whether working independently or as part of a team, you always work successfully;
