Job Description

The manager acts as a hands-on a technical expert within the Core Team Accounting contributing to high-quality client delivery achieves impact through technical oversight, review, guidance and knowledge transfer.

What you'll do

You'll conduct technical reviews of accounting deliverables across bookkeeping, financial statements, management reporting, and tax returns, ensuring compliance with BeGAAP, Lux GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP standards alongside internal quality procedures.
You'll manage a portfolio of clients—primarily SPVs and alternative investment funds across Belgium and Luxembourg—serving as the technical reference point for complex accounting matters and client requests.
You'll provide technical guidance and feedback to Accounting and GCD teams, supporting their professional development and ensuring consistent application of accounting standards across the organisation.
You'll oversee the correct and timely use of internal systems and tools (Navigator WF, Navigator Doc, QICS), verify adherence to procedures, and participate in process improvement reviews.
You'll identify and remediate technical risks, inconsistencies, and errors in accounting work, ensuring all deliverables meet regulatory requirements and client-specific expectations.
