Client Advisor | Luxury Footwear Brand

Luxe Talent, an international recruitment consultancy specialising in Retail, Fashion and Luxury, is looking for a Client Advisor for a prestigious luxury footwear brand in Brussels.

At our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with various companies in the Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors across Europe, with offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich, and Amsterdam.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties of the sales assistant:

• Provide personalised service tailored to each client's needs and preferences.

• Embody the brand's image and values through outstanding customer service.

• Build client loyalty through proactive clienteling and personalised follow-ups.

• Drive sales performance by identifying opportunities and recommending suitable products.

• Maintain impeccable boutique standards and handle client enquiries professionally.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in fashion retail, ideally within the luxury or premium sector.

• Fluent in French and English, both verbally and in writing.

• Strong customer service and clienteling skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

• Proactive, dynamic and eager to learn and develop.

• Flexible, adaptable and able to work effectively as part of a team
