What will you be doing?

Your key responsibilities include: 

Drive end‑to‑end SuccessFactors implementations for clients across diverse industries, taking ownership from discovery to go‑live and beyond.  Translate complex HR challenges into cutting‑edge digital solutions, blending functional expertise with a strong process mindset. Act as a trusted advisor for HR strategy, guiding clients toward best‑practice processes and helping them future‑proof their HR landscape. Coach and uplift fellow consultants, sharing your know‑how and contributing actively to our SuccessFactors support community. Stay ahead of platform innovations, bringing fresh ideas, smart enhancements, and continuous improvements to each engagement. Turn our project management principles into practice on every project and guide our clients within this framework 

Our projects span Belgium and internationally, so expect plenty of variety in your work environment and the challenges you tackle.
