Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, professional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via telephone, email, and live chat channels
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate, timely resolutions in line with company service standards
  • Accurately log and manage customer interactions using internal CRM and ticketing systems, ensuring full documentation of cases
  • Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department or senior team members following established protocols
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute feedback to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Meet and consistently exceed individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and first-contact resolution rates
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across the Customer Support Services team to maintain a positive, high-performance working environment
  • Participate fully in onboarding, product knowledge training sessions, and ongoing professional development programmes

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role
  • Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for relocation and employment purposes)
  • A strong customer-first mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer support, call centre operations, or a client-facing service environment is advantageous but not strictly required
  • Comfortable working with digital tools, CRM platforms, and standard office software
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and commit to an on-site working arrangement
