Hospitality Talents is a leading recruitment agency specializing in connecting top-tier hospitality professionals with prestigious employers.
Our client, a high-end establishment located in Brussels, is currently seeking an experienced Director or Finance to join its leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the complete, accurate and timely keeping of the company's accounting, in compliance with legislation, applicable regulations and internal directives from Management.
- Implement and maintain ongoing audit and financial control systems to monitor the company's performance, cash flows, budget compliance, expenses, revenues, cost of sales and other budgetary elements.
- Prepare and regularly present to Management the financial statements and reports necessary for the smooth operation of the business.
- Recruit, develop and manage competent Finance and Procurement teams in order to achieve the objectives set.
- Manage and control reporting and cash flow forecasting, ensuring optimal use of funds and availability of the necessary liquidity.
Requirements
Profile
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a Financial Director in the hospitality sector in Belgium.
- Excellent knowledge of hotel accounting and accounting systems.
- Advanced command of Excel and office tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Sun Accounting and Vision (Infor) is an asset.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting or a similar field.
- Recognised professional qualification (ACCA / ACA / CIMA).
