WERFCOÖRDINATOR / SITE COORDINATOR - Freelance

Job description

We are looking for a Werfcoördinator / Site Coordinator to join a technical project environment and take responsibility for the follow-up and coordination of mechanical works.

You will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and monitoring mechanical projects, including heating and cooling network installations
• Reviewing contractors' method statements and risk analyses
• Preparing and ensuring safe work permits
• Leading pre-work meetings, including for lifting operations
• Coordinating activities between different disciplines, such as mechanical, electrical and automation teams
• Monitoring site activities and ensuring compliance with technical standards and execution plans
• Working closely with project engineers, site/project managers and external contractors
• Finding pragmatic solutions and taking ownership of your responsibilities

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

✅ At least 3 years of relevant experience in a technical position
✅ Solid technical knowledge of HVAC and/or water installations
✅ Experience with installations such as high-purity water and/or wastewater is a strong asset
✅ A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
✅ Excellent communication and coordination skills
✅ The ability to work effectively with multiple technical disciplines and external stakeholders
✅ Fluent Dutch – mandatory
