Defensive Cyberspace Operations Lead

A multinational defence headquarters in Mons is looking for an experienced defensive cyber operations manager to plan technical operations end to end and coordinate the people who run them.

What you would be doing

• Planning and overseeing threat hunting, adversary emulation and deception operations
• Taking each operation from planning through execution, assessment and follow up
• Building the red and blue picture with specialists and writing the plans
• Turning lessons from operations into remediation plans
• Coordinating the planning cell and supporting incident response
• Briefing technical teams and senior decision makers alike

What you would bring

• More than 2 years of hands-on defensive cyber operations in a military setting
• At least 3 years of project management across several organisations
• Strong cyber security principles, policy and procedures
• Excellent written English, report writing and briefing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A plus: CISM or CISSP, previous work in a multinational defence cyber role
