We are currently looking for an Onsite Support Engineer to provide hands-on IT support in a dynamic client environment in Ghent, Belgium.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Provide first and second level onsite IT support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripheralsTroubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requestsSupport user onboarding, equipment setup, and standard workplace technologiesDocument activities and resolutions in the ticketing systemWork closely with internal IT teams and stakeholdersTake ownership of issues and support changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentProvide professional and customer-focused support to end usersContribute to continuous service improvementRequirements
2+ years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or Onsite SupportStrong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments and standard workplace technologiesExperience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or similarExcellent communication and customer service skillsProactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environmentAbility to work independently and take ownership of issuesGenuine interest in developing within an onsite IT support roleFluent English required; Dutch, Flemish, or French is a strong advantageFlexibility to occasionally support outside standard working hours if neededExperience in regulated environments such as GxP is a plusAbility to provide a clean criminal record extract (not older than 3 months)Benefits
