Job description
Taux journalier (TJM): TJM HT max 700 € (hors éventuels frais de mission, à discuter avec le client)Senior SAP HCM & Fiori Technical Expert
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Work arrangement: On-site presence up to 5 days per week
Languages: French (C-level), English (B2 minimum)
Mission
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM & Fiori Technical Expert to support the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of HR applications.
The consultant will play a key role in SAP Employee and Manager Self-Services (ESS/MSS), Time Management, Time Registration and Payroll solutions, ensuring high-quality technical delivery and seamless integration with existing systems.
Key Responsibilities

Analyse functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

Develop, customise and maintain SAP HR and Fiori applications.

Manage and enhance Employee and Manager Self-Service (ESS/MSS) applications.

Support SAP Time Management, including negative, positive and quota calculations.

Maintain and improve SAP Time Registration and Payroll functionalities.
-
Design, develop and maintain interfaces with external and legacy applications.
-
Deliver technical developments, change requests and bug fixes from end to end.

Coordinate new SAP Fiori application releases, including scope, delivery, testing and user adoption.

Contribute to technical architecture, platform improvements and application governance.

Work closely with functional analysts, HR stakeholders and technical teams.
Required Profile
-
Higher education degree.
-
More than 15 years of relevant professional experience.
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAPUI5 / Fiori development.

Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HR Time Management (negative, positive and quota calculations) and Time Registration.

Strong expertise in SAP ESS/MSS Fiori applications.

Good knowledge of SAP Payroll and payroll posting processes.

Strong ABAP development skills, including ABAP OO.

Experience with ABAP Workbench, RAP, CDS, AMDP, IDoc, ALV Grid and ABAP Web Dynpro.

Experience with SAP integrations, Web Services, OData, SOAP, XML, JSON and REST.

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and CDS/VDM concepts is an advantage.
Languages
-
Dutch or French at native or C-level proficiency.

The other national language at minimum B2 level.

English at minimum B2 level.
