Company description

This company operates within the industrial sector and specializes in temperature control for installations and piping systems. It supports production environments where maintaining a stable temperature is essential for safety, product quality, and process continuity, including petrochemicals, food production, pharmaceuticals, and other process industries.

The organization focuses on the design, preparation, and installation of electrical and steam tracing systems. These techniques are applied to pipelines, tanks, pumps, and instrumentation to prevent liquids from cooling, solidifying, or losing their properties. Factors such as insulation, ambient temperature, ATEX zones, and specific process requirements are carefully taken into account.

In addition to tracing, the company also carries out E&I works, instrumentation installations, and tubing projects. Across all activities, safety, quality, and precise execution are key priorities — especially within industrial environments and the port of Antwerp.

Function description

As an Industrial Electrician, you are responsible for both new construction projects and maintenance activities for clients across various industrial sectors, including chemicals, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, food production, and tank terminals.

You apply electrical tracing to pipelines, tanks, and valves to protect installations from freezing and to ensure that liquids remain at the correct temperature. You work closely with colleagues and operate on multiple sites within the region, or at a fixed maintenance location, depending on planning and customer needs.
You provide accurate reporting to the foreman, discussing completed tasks, outstanding work, and any important points that require follow‑up.
You ensure the quality, safety, and correct installation of all systems. Efficient work practices, respect for planning, and precise execution are central to your role.

Job requirements

We are looking for a motivated Industrial Electrician who works safely, shows initiative, and performs well both independently and as part of a team.

You bring a solid technical foundation and are eager to contribute to industrial projects.
Industrial electricity knowledge : You have a strong technical background; motivated and eager‑to‑learn graduates are also welcome.
VCA certification :You hold a valid certificate or are willing to obtain one.
English communication : You communicate clearly and accurately with colleagues and supervisors.
Team‑oriented yet independent : You collaborate smoothly but can also complete tasks independently and with a results‑driven mindset.
Initiative and flexibility : You take initiative, think proactively, and do not have a standard nine‑to‑five mentality.
Motivation : You are eager to grow, learn, and actively contribute on the work floor.
Safety awareness : Working safely is second nature to you and always your top priority.
