Application & Service Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for business applications.
  • Coordinate IT service delivery throughout the entire lifecycle, including incidents, changes, releases, and performance management.
  • Oversee and monitor Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes.
  • Manage external suppliers, including service levels, contracts, costs, quality, and performance.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, international IT teams, and service providers to deliver sustainable and effective solutions.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with group IT governance and control frameworks.



IT Infrastructure, Network & Digital Workplace

  • Coordinate infrastructure and digital workplace services in partnership with international IT teams and external vendors.
  • Monitor the quality and availability of workplace technologies, including hardware, networking, and telephony services.
  • Oversee incident management processes and ensure timely escalation to the appropriate teams.
  • Support the alignment of global IT standards and processes with local operational requirements.
  • Represent the local organization within international IT communities and initiatives.



Project Management & Product Ownership

  • Coordinate and follow up on IT projects involving internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Translate business requirements into practical IT solutions, acting as the bridge between local business needs and the central IT roadmap.
  • Ensure successful implementation and delivery of technology solutions within agreed timelines and scope.
  • Manage project scope, planning, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international colleagues and key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, innovation, and service improvement.



IT Governance, Compliance & Administration

  • Monitor IT-related expenditures, invoices, and budgets.
  • Contribute to IT risk and control frameworks, including regulatory requirements such as DORA, GDPR, and MiFID II.
  • Ensure IT services comply with internal policies and external regulatory obligations.
  • Monitor and continuously improve IT processes within the local business environment.
  • Serve as a point of contact for audits and compliance-related activities.
  • Support Business Continuity initiatives through planning, testing, and safeguarding critical business processes.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent through relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an IT-related role.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud environments is considered an asset.
  • Strong service-oriented mindset with the ability to coordinate and drive initiatives forward.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to connect people, facilitate collaboration, and navigate across different levels of an organization.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with great attention to detail.
  • Quality-driven with a focus on service continuity and operational excellence.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a strong advantage.
