As a Freelance Senior Project & Process Manager (TOM) your responsibilities are:

Lead the planning, coordination and execution of TOM design and implementation activities across the Group ;
Structure project workstreams, milestones, deliverables and implementation plans ;
Monitor dependencies, risks and issues, ensuring progress and alignment with business priorities ;
Coordinate stakeholders, facilitate project meetings and support decision-making ;
Prepare management updates and ensure clear communication on project progress ;
Translate agreed TOM deliverables into concrete actions and sustainable implementation ;
Support change management and the adoption of new organisational practices ;

A successful Freelance Senior Project & Process Manager (TOM) should have:

At least 8 years of experience in project management, business transformation, operational excellence, business process management or organisational design ;
Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional transformation projects ;
Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities ;
Excellent knowledge of business process mapping, workflow analysis and structured documentation ;
Ability to translate complex business activities into clear, practical processes and ways of working ;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to challenge existing practices constructively ;
Fluent in French & English ;
