Mission.
The mission consists of supporting strategic data initiatives within a large international Asset Management organization, ensuring the quality, consistency, governance, and availability of investment data across the Aladdin ecosystem.
The role consists of acting as a key point of contact for reference and investment data, combining Business Analysis (80%) with Project Coordination and Delivery Management (20%), working at the intersection of Investment Operations, Data Management, Reporting, Performance, Risk, and Technology teams.
The goal is to enable the organization to strengthen its data governance framework, improve data quality, and ensure successful delivery of data-related initiatives impacting Aladdin and downstream systems.

Experience
5+ years of experience in Asset Management, Investment Operations, Data Management, or Business Analysis Proven experience with investment reference data and data governance processes Hands-on experience with Aladdin is mandatoryTechnical Expertise:
Mandatory
Strong understanding of Aladdin data architecture and investment data flows Advanced SQL skills Strong Excel skillsPreferred
Knowledge of reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Familiarity with data warehouses and master/reference data management conceptsEducation
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience)Languages
