Job description
We are looking for a Product Journey Manager to drive the development and commercial launch of digital Life Protection insurance solutions for a leading Belgian insurer in partnership with a major bank.
📍 Location: Brussels, Belgium
💼 Experience: 3+ years
🏠 Work model: Hybrid
🗣️ Languages: English + Dutch or French
🚀 Start date: ASAP
The mission

Identify new business opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies for Life Protection insurance products.

Translate product roadmaps into compelling commercial propositions and customer journeys across digital and branch channels.

Lead end-to-end product delivery, from business case and concept development to implementation and market launch.

Develop sales tools, training materials and communications to support commercial performance.

Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Risk and Compliance.
Requirements
-
Master’s degree or equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience in product management, business development, marketing or project management.

Knowledge of Life Protection insurance and affinity with digital transformation.

Strong business analysis, project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Proactive, collaborative and results-oriented, with a hands-on mindset.

Fluent in English and native or bilingual in Dutch or French.
