🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain activities
- Manage planning, inventory and logistics processes
- Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics
- Improve forecasting accuracy and stock management
- Collaborate with production, procurement and sales teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage suppliers and logistics partners
- Lead and develop the supply chain team
🔹 Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of planning, inventory and logistics
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent Dutch, French and English is mandatory
- Hands-on, analytical and solution-oriented mindset
