Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional, high-quality support to Dutch-speaking clients using an online payment platform, resolving account, transaction, and billing enquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
• Guide customers through financial processes including payment setups, fund transfers, dispute resolutions, and account verification procedures.
• Identify, investigate, and escalate potential fraudulent activity or payment irregularities in accordance with established Finance industry compliance protocols.
• Ensure full adherence to financial regulations, data protection standards, and internal company policies when handling sensitive client information.
• Educate Dutch-speaking users on platform features, security best practices, and available financial tools to enhance their overall experience.
• Accurately document all customer interactions, case updates, and resolutions within the internal CRM system, maintaining comprehensive and compliant records.
• Collaborate closely with technical support, risk management, and finance operations teams to resolve complex client issues in a timely manner.
• Proactively identify trends in customer feedback and contribute insights to continuous service improvement initiatives within the Finance environment.
