What You'll Do

Inspect pallets and identify repair requirements

Repair pallets using hand tools and production equipment

Meet quality, safety, and production standards

Support daily production activities in a fast-paced environment

Work alongside automated equipment and new technologies

Keep your work area safe, clean, and organised

Report any equipment or safety issues

What We Need From You

A practical, hands-on approach to work

Experience in production, manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or repair environments is beneficial

Comfortable using hand tools

Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious

Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Good attention to detail and quality standards

A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
