As a Freelance Business Process Lead your responsibilities are:
- Analyze and map end-to-end business processes across multiple departments.
- Assess the interaction between business processes and IT systems.
- Redesign and optimize workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
- Document business processes, functional flows, and system interactions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional process designs.
- Act as the interface between Business, IT, and external implementation partners.
- Support digital transformation projects related to e-commerce platforms and business applications.
- Ensure process governance, standardization, and adoption across the organization.
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous process improvement.
A successful Freelance Business Process Lead should have:
- Proven experience as an IT Business Process Lead, Functional Analyst, or Process Consultant.
- Mandatory experience within a B2B e-commerce environment.
- Hand-on experience with Shopify or Magento is a great advantage.
- Strong understanding of business processes, system integrations, and digital workflows.
- Experience documenting business processes, functional specifications, and user journeys.
- Fluent in French and English.
