With a network of offices in Europe, Asia and the US and a multi-discipline team of over 4000 people, we deliver complex, capital projects in the Mission Critical / ICT, Advanced Manufacturing, Life Sciences and other sectors.

We now wish to recruit a Finance Administrator for a large construction project in Belgium.

This a fully site based position. 


Responsibilities

Administrative management of our Change Control procedures and tools and associated deliverables in collaboration with the cost control teamManagement of our PM Group hours Control and Productivity Measurement procedures and tools and associated deliverablesProcessing Contractor, Vendor and Sub-consultant invoices and payment applications and certificationsReceive, sort and reconcile invoices and supporting documentation against purchase order terms and conditions, payment milestones and goods receipt notificationsDistribute and track invoices to various Project owners / leads across multiple projects for approvalPerform Supplier account reconciliations and work with Purchasing Team and Suppliers to resolve any issuesResponds to and resolve enquiries from Suppliers, Procurement, and Finance departments in a professional and timely mannerPreparation of monthly statements and reconciliation of accounts for month end ReportingTake ownership of designated tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the Purchasing or Project Controls department of an Engineering, Client, Supplier or Contractor organisationAbility to regularly interact with staff, management and clients to provide or obtain related informationEbuilder (client software) experience preferable but not essential as training will be providedProficient with Microsoft Excel and/or spreadsheetsStrong work ethic, sense of responsibility and confidentialityAn organised self-starter who is attentive to detail and able to work independentlyAbility to prioritise work and manage multiple tasks, likely with competing prioritiesStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute effectively within a team environmentAble to maintain a professional demeanour in challenging situationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
