Your role

You set up governance for our clients’ projects and programmes, and you run projects yourself from start to finish.

Your knowledge of public procurement and public contracts makes the difference: it is what sets an Aria Partner consultant apart.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and run governance: steering committees, planning, budget tracking, risk and dependency management.
• Produce reporting for sponsors and executive committees.
• Maintain the project portfolio and tracking tools.
• Run projects end to end: scoping, planning, team coordination, acceptance testing and closure.
• Coordinate suppliers and monitor the performance of their contracts, together with the client’s buyers.
• Prepare, with the buyers, the requirements that will lead to a public tender.
• Support change with teams and users.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in management, IT or a technical field.
• 3 to 7 years’ experience as a PMO or project manager, ideally in the public sector or a public company.
• A PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA or Agile (Scrum, SAFe) certification is appreciated.
• Experience with ICT projects or projects with a procurement or public tender component is a major asset.
• French and/or Dutch: native language, with good knowledge of the other national language; English: good command.

Tools

• MS Project or equivalent, advanced Excel.
• Power BI, Jira or a portfolio management tool is an asset.

• Rigorous follow-up of commitments, budgets and deadlines

• Diplomacy in organisations with many stakeholders
