Structural Project Engineer - Multidisciplinary Architect & Engineering Firm
- Lead the structural design and analysis of concrete and steel buildings, ensuring technical soundness and compliance with standards.
- Guide and support drafting colleagues in producing structural, formwork and reinforcement drawings.
- Perform thorough checks on plans and calculations before delivery.
- Assist project managers during the execution phase, providing on‑site technical advice when required.
- Mentor and coach a junior structural engineer, helping them grow in the role.

- Holds a Master's or Industrial Engineering degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with relevant experience in building structures.
- Comfortable handling complex structural calculations independently.
- Enjoys collaborating in a multidisciplinary team environment, sharing insights and supporting colleagues.
- Knowledgeable about commonly used design software, especially Scia, and ideally familiar with BIM/Revit workflows.
- Shows initiative, responsibility, and a drive to find practical solutions.
- Open to innovation and continuous improvement while respecting diverse perspectives.
- Dutch speaker, or English speaker that wants to learn Dutch.
- Preferably 5 years of experience in Industrial Construction.
