Structural Project Engineer - Multidisciplinary Architect & Engineering Firm

Lead the structural design and analysis of concrete and steel buildings, ensuring technical soundness and compliance with standards.
Guide and support drafting colleagues in producing structural, formwork and reinforcement drawings.
Perform thorough checks on plans and calculations before delivery.
Assist project managers during the execution phase, providing on‑site technical advice when required.
Mentor and coach a junior structural engineer, helping them grow in the role.

Structural Project Engineer - Multidisciplinary Architect & Engineering Firm

Holds a Master's or Industrial Engineering degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with relevant experience in building structures.
Comfortable handling complex structural calculations independently.
Enjoys collaborating in a multidisciplinary team environment, sharing insights and supporting colleagues.
Knowledgeable about commonly used design software, especially Scia, and ideally familiar with BIM/Revit workflows.
Shows initiative, responsibility, and a drive to find practical solutions.
Open to innovation and continuous improvement while respecting diverse perspectives.
Dutch speaker, or English speaker that wants to learn Dutch.
Preferably 5 years of experience in Industrial Construction.
