This Role is based in Belgium - Rotation Plan available

Fohntech Group are looking for an Electrical Project Manager for a Datacentre project in Belgium.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

Management of Electrical Site Safety and QA in conjunction with the project team and the Safety Advisor, making sure that the works follow the health and safety guidelines.
Management of Project Schedule in conjunction with Project team, consulting Engineer and Client requirements Information reporting will be an essential activity to ensure activity targets/deadlines are met to support the project team.
Management of all costs associated with electrical packages and that all materials and equipment are being purchased and delivered to site on schedule. Manage project budgets, monitor costs, forecast expenses, and process change orders
Management of all day-to-day site operations for Electrical contractors including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels. Ensure that there is a weekly minute meeting with sub-contractor.
Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings
Close out of all project items including Final Account, O & M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA F
